Orchardleigh House can sleep up to 95 guests which includes 10 Childrens beds that can be placed in certain rooms to your requirements.

This 27′ x 24′ room named after the Owners Mother is south-facing with a King-Size 4-poster bed and a beautiful en-suite bathroom incorporating a Freestanding Bath and very Large Shower.
Newbolt Suite
Named after the Poet Laureate Sir Henry Newbolt who lived at Orchardleigh House. This 24′ x 21 room is South-Facing with a King-Size Four Poster Bed and a beautiful en-suite bathroom incorporating a Freestanding bath and Very Large Walk in Shower.
Oriel Suite
A beautiful large 26’ x 24’ room with a semi-circular Oriel window, this room has a King-Size Four Poster bed, with a superb large en suite bathroom incorporating a Freestanding Bath and Large Walk in Shower.
Coronation
With views across Orchardleigh Estate towards the Coronation Tree, this 19' x 21' room features a Queen Size Bed, Stunning en-suite with Freestanding Roll Top Bath and walk in shower.
Lord Byron's Suite
This very large 30′ x 27′ room was the Master’s bedroom and has an enormous 7′ x 6’6” Rococo bed, with a beautiful en-suite bathroom with built in bath and large shower.
